Fear of Failure. 

The single most damaging thing to achievement. 
Fear of failure leads to self-sabotage and a whole lot of other things.
A self-reflective person fearing failure may look too hard at the failures and get stuck in them.
Someone great at generating ideas but fears failure in implementation may become terrorized by the very ideas he made, or when he sees others doing this.

Achievement motivated. 


People who are doing just fine, according to the author.
