Do the wealthy need an anti-scam system?
Not as much as the bottom does.
The bottom/lower middle is where the money is at.
But that pool takes funds to push, and the funds cannot be taken from the wealthy who don't need it.
Where's the money going to come from?
So only cheap, or community driven initiative, resources is going to work here.

Or, darkly, maybe this is a fire I just need to let burn. Maybe it is what it is. :(
